A significant improvement over the cast Nissan manifold, reducing weight and increasing exhaust flow.
Available with either 1 5/8″ (road) or 2″ (race) downpipes.

Billet Flywheel

4kg billet steel flywheel, for use with our 190mm uprated clutch kit.
Compatible with CG10, CG13 and CGA3 engines when fitted with the Suzuki gearbox.
As well as saving over 4kg compared to the standard cast flywheel, the inertia is also reduced allowing the engine to rev more freely. This improves gearchanges and increases acceleration, particularly in lower gears. Good idle properties are retained.
Balanced and supplied with fasteners and spigot bearing.

Mikuni Carburettor Kit

4x 36mm Mikuni carburettors mounted on a fabricated aluminium intake manifold. Stripped, ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt in-house with jets and needles to suit the Nissan CG engine.
Offering the best aspects of both Weber and SU carbs with jets controlling full throttle and idle and CV needles for mid range throttle response and economy.

Lucas Distributor Conversion Kit
