5-speed gearbox conversions and bolt-in engine swaps

We have developed bolt-in kits to fit a Suzuki 5 speed gearbox and a twin cam Nissan CG engine to a Midget or Sprite. Our kits offer increased performance, economy and durability.

One-off and batch manufacturing

We are able to offer bespoke manufacturing services for one-off and batch production of machined, cast and 3D printed components

Reverse engineering and re manufacturing to OEM quality

We are skilled at replicating components and assemblies to OEM standards – anything from a bolt to a complete gearbox! The goal is to ensure that the re manufactured product not only matches but potentially exceeds the performance and reliability of the original.

3D scanning and rapid prototyping

Development of products has been revolutionised for us by the investment in a 3D scanner, allowing for rapid and accurate digitisation of real-world components into 3D CAD models.

We have invested heavily in high-precision measuring and inspection tools, including a FaroArm, for capturing detailed measurements of complex geometries down to the thousandth of an inch.

Combined with in-housing rapid prototyping in the form of both manual machining and 3D printing we are able to efficiently test and develop products.

Engine, gearbox and axle rebuilds

These rebuild processes demand expertise, attention to detail and quality workmanship to ensure restored components meet or exceed the original specifications.

Our rebuilt engines are reconditioned to meet or exceed original specifications and tested in-house prior to dispatch.
